TERMS OF SERVICE

✨GENERAL TERMS
-I have the right to decline any commission
-Prices are non-negotiable
-There will be NO REFUND after paying for the commission
-Final result will be sent through via Email or Gdrive
-Commissions are generally only for personal use (DM me for commercial use)
-I won't accept a commission that needed me to use another artist artstyle
-First come first serve : I will process the commission according to queue
-I will update the on-going commission every week (Any progress checks for the commission are totally welcomed)✨INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-All commissions will be used as a portfolio
-Using the commissioned works for NFT/AI use is prohibited
-Personal Use commissions cannot be sold
-Commercial Use commissions is not allowed (unless you purchase commercial rights)
-Commercial usage will be charged extra (50% of the total price)
-Commercial rights cannot be claimed completely (the creator will still be me ☺️)
-Altering the artwork in any way without my consent is prohibited✨PAYMENT AND PRICING

-Local payment will be via Bank BCA, OVO, Gopay
-Payment will be done after I send an Invoice
-Invoice will be sent after you fill in the commission form and DM me through Instagram or X (Twitter)
-I will be accepting Upfront Payment or DP 50% (you will need to pay full after I finished the sketch)Commission Order :
1. Fill in the Commission Form
2. DM me for confirmation
3. Get an Invoice (from me)
4. Pay Full or DP 50%
5. Receive the commission Sketch
6. (Pay the other half if choose DP 50%)🌼International
-Payment will be through Vgen using Paypal
-Invoice will be sent after the confirmation of a commission
-For International, I will be accepting Upfront Payment or DP 50% (Be mindful that administration fee will be covered by the buyer)✨PROGRESS
-Simple revision will only be done in the sketching process (max. 2 revision, more revision will add +10% to the total price)
Simple revision : change in expression, hand pose, hair flow
-Canvas size is can be changed as long as it doesn't exceed A4 (change will only be done after I started the sketch)
-Don't forget to give a detailed reference (pose, clothing, hair, angle). If you didn't mention some of the following reference, I will draw it from my vision :3✨ESTIMATED WORKING TIME
-Commissions will be done in 2 weeks until 1 month
-Check Queue for commission update
-Rush order (deadline 2+ weeks) will add 40% of the total price
